Our neighborhood is a covenanted community because:
- We want to live in a place where our neighbors look out for one another.
- We own our streets. Therefore the Association maintains and insures them, and keeps them free of snow and ice in the winter.
- We strive to encourage homeowner’s to obey and enforce our covenants to ensure property values are maintained.
